Cons:

Price is a little higher than most tablets
Mid-size between tablet and phone
Size doesn’t dictate extended hours of Internet use
Not as sturdy feeling as bigger tablets
gets finger printed on the non-screen part
web browsing drains the battery faster than regular use (see the scientific breakdown of battery usage)
